About
I’m an urban girl born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Starting my undergraduate career at the University of Toronto, I took an urban planning course to complete an Economic Geography degree. From that point on I was inspired, I wanted to make a difference in the urban/suburban areas of North America.
That first urban planning class led me to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Western Ontario. Sure the structural stuff was interesting but my passion lay in transportation.
I finished my education (well I’m taking a break) and started a career in the foundations engineering industry. Uninspired and feeling like I was missing out, I started to look for something new. I now work as a transportation engineer and I’m so much happier.
